scenes from the weekend

Our weekend started with a flooded basement and an ant invasion, but thankfully we ended up having a pretty nice weekend. We had some new lights put in & freshened up our laundry room {thanks dad}. We also went to a dog rescue fundraiser with Tucker, he was a little overwhelmed but loved sniffing so many knew doggie bums.

You can't really tell, but the picture on the right is for a psychic reading for your dog! For the low, low price of $30 she can read your dog's mind!

I just loved this packaging design on this yogurt I used to make some smoothies - it's to bad the smoothies turned out the color of vomit {and tasted that way too, I'll have to practice my smoothie skills - suggestions are welcome!}

Did a little shopping for some goodies for the kitchen.

Obsessed with my embellished j.crew sweatshirt & finally caved and bought the "hello" sweatshirt - I have not taken it off since it arrived, it is sooooo comfy! I also picked up a cute metallic tweed mini {j.crew} and snagged this beautiful equipment blouse for a steal at tj maxx!

Chowed down on my favorite chicken tacos & tried to snuggle with my lil Tuck-man, who in this pic is chasing some tail {literally & figuratively} around doggie-palooza.
